• W związku z realizacją projektu „Uzyskanie ochrony patentowej w Europie na wynalazek nowego zastosowania nowego nanoproduktu w działaniach wzmacniających zdrowie ludzi i zwierząt” umowa o dofinansowanie nr: UDA-POIG.05.04.01-14-012/09-00 finansowanego przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości firma EUROCHIT zaprasza do składania ofert.

Jako Uprawnieni z Europejskiego patentu nr EP 2 457 575 poszukujemy tłumaczy na języki: niemiecki, czeski, węgierski, rumuński, szwedzki

opisu patentowego/zastrzeżeń patentowych w wersji załączonej dotyczących wynalazku pt. „New method for obtaining a Lactobacillus reuteri strain useful in medical and veterinary prophylaxis and treatment”.

Prosimy o informację o ogólnym koszcie tłumaczenia oraz wysokości stawki za tłumaczenie techniczne i przysięgłe. Tekst przewidziany jako podstawa w/w patentu znajduje się na stronie Europejskiego Urzędu Patentowego i oznaczony jest jako „text intended for grant”. Termin nadsyłania ofert mija w dniu 17 listopada 2015

• As the European patent holder we are seeking patent attorneys from the EPC member States, who will assist with the validation of the patent No. EP 2 457 575 B1in AT/BE, CZ, HU, RO (our European patent no. EP 2 457 575 granted on the basis of the application No. application no. EP 10460046.5 of November 29, 2010, covering the invention: „New method for obtaining a Lactobacillus reuteri strain useful in medical and veterinary prophylaxis and treatment” (decision on grant not published as yet). Now, text intended for grant is available in the Register plus database of the European Patent Office.

Basic information on the requirements of the respective national Patent Office and evaluation of validation costs (official fees and translation/verification costs should be provided as separate items) is required. Also a filled-in PoA form - if PoA is required, should be provided.

Responsibilities

• Filing of the necessary translations of patent/claims - as granted, in accordance with the requirements of the national patent office

• Administration of fee payments related to the validation, reporting back to us & to the polish patent attorney

• Acting as the address for service in countries where this is required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Current European patent attorney registration and experience in validation process in AT/BE, CZ, SE, HU or RO

• 5+ years of experience as a patent agent in a private patent practice

• Experience activities of EPI
